The best selling item in our strore in Beaverton! All over Scandinavia, you'll find some kind of almond-flavored or marzipan filled cake; sometimes topped with caramelized almonds and called toscakakor (that version of our cake is emceeing soon)! We make ours in a snackable size, 2 inches by 4 inches of caramlized crust encasing a moist, slightly chewy cake with almond flavor coming from three different sources and yet not overwhelming. You'll be addicted and won't even care that they're gluten free*, vegan ,sand soy free!
Because our almond cake is so popular, we came up with a (less Swedish, just as delicious sister product, pistachio cake! Iced with orange blossom drizzle, it's dianty, pretty, and addictive!

Drømekage ("dream cake" a moist sponge cake with mellow coconut flavor, topped with a caramel and cocnut mixture reminiscnet of an extra moist and flavorufl macaroon.
NOT GLUTEN FREEE: Coffeecake (lingonberry or seasonal fruit): a "sour cream" style coffeecake that's not too sweet and is dotted with tart berries ad topped generously with buttery cinnamon crumble.
Toscakakor - a tender songe cake with subtle almond flavor; topped with caramel almonds.
