All our cakes are baked in-house and 100% vegan. We now specialize in Princess Cakes—Scandinavian-inspired celebration cakes—plus our beloved handcrafted cupcakes. Orders accepted with 3-day notice. Pickup Tue–Sun.

Princess Cakes
We are transitioning to offering princess cakes instead of American-style layer cakes, in order to tap into our Scandinavian roots and prepare for future growth!
Please call to place your order three days ahead, or to see if we have princess cakes in stock.
We also still carry cupcakes, and will take orders for those as well.
Traditional Swedish Princess Cake
Our traditional Swedish Princess cakes feature three layers, with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam filling between each layer, with a delicious layer of vegan whipped cream and sweet marzipan covering the top of the beautifully domed cake.
Topped off with a delicate handcrafted rose on top.

High Quality Cakes
We take pride in making high-quality Swedish cakes and cupkcakes that are vegan, soy-free, glute-free, and handcrafted with love. Our cakes are frosted, not covered in fondant. Sometimes, we use marzipan or chocolate to create intrincate decorations and employ sprinkles and glitter for added fun touches. Otherwise, all decorations are piped, and swooped, and done by hand. We are working hard to make most of our coloring natural from roots and vegetables, and to make most of our products soy-free. Due to this, we have strict pricing and ordering requirements for our cakes, whixh are outlined in this menu. We will work closely with you to make your celebration a success!
Cross-contamination with wheat may occur. Please place your order at least 72 hour in advanced of your desired pickup time. Cancellations by the customer must be done no later than 36 hours before pickup. We thank you for your understanding of our staffing challenges during this time.

All our cakes are baked in-house, 100% vegan, and can be made to fit your personal style and favorite flavors. Cakes are for special order only and are not available in store. Call or stop in to order your cake for pickup!
By popular demand, we now have a cake program! We use thorough recipes to insure you are getting the best, moist, flavorful cakes that you won’t believe are vegan (and often gluten-free!) We use the best cruelty-free ingredients (no dairy, eggs, honey, or soy), and natural colors (either homemade or from Color Kitchen) and bring in decorators to help us out, so you are paying for a cake you can truly feel good about!
As a Swedish, social enterprising bakery, our cakes are not pre-made and are not ready to pick up anytime. We accept orders with a 3-day notice.
